Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellations

• Subscriptions are billed on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
• Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which it will not renew.

2. Refunds

• No refunds are provided for the unused portion of a subscription once payment has been made, except as required by law.
• Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
  1. Duplicate Payment: If you were charged more than once due to a technical error.
  2. Failed Service Delivery: If the software was unavailable for more than 72 continuous hours due to reasons attributable to us.
  3. Regulatory Requirement: If Indian law or an international payment regulation mandates a refund.

3. Free Trials

• We may offer a free trial period for new users.
• If you cancel during the trial, you will not be charged.
• If you continue beyond the trial period, normal subscription charges will apply.

4. Payment Gateway Fees

• Payments are processed through third-party gateways such as Stripe, Razorpay, and PayPal.
• Any transaction fees, foreign exchange charges, or bank deductions are non-refundable and borne by the customer.

5. Export Billing & Compliance

• For international customers, payments are received in USD/EUR/GBP and settled in INR via our authorized bank under RBI & GST export rules.
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed in the same currency and payment channel used for the original transaction.

7. Processing Time
