Support & Warranty Terms

a Warranty Terms

Applicable from date of installation.

1. 1Software Under Warranty for 1 year from the date of installation.
2. 2New Version Up-gradation will be Free of cost.
3. 3During the Warranty Period, error corrections if any on the existing features only, of the software, will be carried out.
4. 4Hardware issue is not handled by Weltraum Software Pvt Ltd.
5. 5Error or Bug report should be sent via Email for prioritized Support.
6. 6If payment due then Weltraum Software Pvt Ltd has the right to stop service/Support till payment is cleared.
7. 7Support provided by us Online only (On Sunday’s/any Holidays support by Online on availability only).
8. 8Any new features or Modification in Existing Features to be added to the software/Installation/Training is chargeable extra.
9. 9Any Major Customization request should be submitted by client by Email. Quotation will be given for the same. The Customization will be done after acceptance and advance payments as per quotation terms.
10. 10Taking regular backup of Database is responsibility of client. And any loss of data due to hardware failure, Weltraum Software Pvt Ltd is not responsible.
11. 11If hardware failure and you have backup, then our team will help you to re-setup the software.

b AMC Terms

All terms as applicable of warranty in addition to that,

1. 1Software Under AMC, New Version Up-gradation will be Free of cost.
2. 2During the AMC Period, error corrections if any on the existing features only, of the software, will be carried out.
3. 3Hardware issue are not handled by Weltraum Software Pvt Ltd.
4. 4Error or Bug report should be sent via Email for prioritized Support.
5. 5100% payment in Advance.
6. 6Support provided by us Online only (On Sunday’s/any Holidays support by Online on availability only).
7. 7AMC Period will cover the period of (One Year).
8. 8Any new features/Modification in Existing Features to be added to the software/Installation/Training is chargeable extra.
9. 9Any Major Customization request should be submitted by client by Email. Quotation will be given for the same. The Customization will be done after acceptance and advance payments as per quotation terms.

If website hosted then:

10. 10Website Domain and Hosting Charges are based on the price given by the Hosting Company. It may vary from year to year as per hosting price tariff.
11. 11Delay in website renewal or Expired Domain/Hosting may incur penalty charges. That is based on the hosting company rules. Penalty will be payable by the Customer.
12. 12Deletion of Domain /Hosting account due to delay in payment, Weltraum Software Pvt Ltd, is not responsible for any data loss due to delay in payment from customer.
13. 13Weltraum Software Pvt Ltd will not be responsible any data loss/Data corrupt or deletion of software components.
14. 14Database Backup should be done regularly at Client PC. If Database backup is not generated, we are unable to recover your data in case of database/disk failure.
15. 15If hardware failure and you have backup, then our team will help you to re-setup the software.
